We will arrange to send via another next-day carrier if Next-Day Amazon is not available at dispatch, or refund the additional next-day charge over standard shipping charge if a next-day option is not available.
Amazon also does not collect from us on a Saturday, so any orders placed after 3pm Friday through to midnight on Saturday will not leave us until Sunday afternoon for a Monday delivery.
