RETURNING A PRODUCT

We promise to always strive to provide you with the highest quality products we can, no scrimping, no cutting corners. 

If for any reason at all you're not happy with your Harrogate Organics product(s), we have a zero quibble return policy, giving you complete peace of mind when buying from us. Not sure on the fragrance? No problem, just pop it in a package and send back to us, and we will provide you with an immediate refund. Please notify us by email at hello@harrogateorganics.co.uk confirming a reason for refund and which items you are returning prior to returning your item and await confirmation from us, so we can confirm your items are eligiable. 

PLEASE NOTE: The item must be unused. If in a tamperproof container, must still be sealed, unopened and undamaged. We cannot accept returned items that have been opened, partially used or tested. We also Cannot accept returns on unsealed personal products, or topical sprays for hygiene reasons.
